Shawna Bigby Davis, CHC
Trauma-informed, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and founder of Your Daily.
Shawna helps women heal by connecting the dots between trauma, gut health, and our mental outlook on life. She is the founder of Your Daily, an AI-based health coaching app for anxiety and gut healing, and the host of The BS We Feed Ourselves podcast.
After 12 years of mysterious symptoms and medical gas-lighting, she discovered she had multiple autoimmune conditions. They are now in remission using the diet, lifestyle, and nervous system regulation tools found in the Your Daily program.

Fascia release
Learn to twist your body to be in the present, as well as help your body wring out stuck energy.
Somatic hip release and opener
We'll tackle the emotional junk drawer to clear out stuck energy and give a little peace and love to this hard-working area.

Guided meditation
A relaxing full-body meditation to bring your body back to the center and melt away additional stress. (Bring a pillow or a blanket)
